With ISC (Interspire Shopping Cart) that option is available at the backend. Also, you don't have to make your own payment modules like Prestashop. ISC has it built in - it has a lot of popular payment gateways already implemented in the system. The downside is - it is not free and will cost a few hundred bucks.
